Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are non-refundable.
Online Courses
We offer a 30-day return policy for our online courses. To qualify, you must complete the program and apply the strategies. Request a refund by sending a written letter detailing your experience and reasons for finding course content ineffective to cole@aansenliteracy.com.
Physical Products
For physical products damaged in transit, you can request an exchange. For the return and refund of physical products associated with online course material, please refer to the policy regarding Online Courses.
